MOHAMED AMAMI MAKES AN IMPRESSION IN ALMERE: HIGHLY ANTICIPATED TOP-FLIGHT BATTLE ENDS IN A SPECTACULAR TKO!
ALMERE – The SPE Sportmanie event in Almere featured a long-awaited main event between Mohamed Amami and Hamza Soesie. It was a clash the crowd had been eagerly anticipating, with the support from the audience clearly in Hamza Soesie’s favour. But once in the ring, Mohamed Amami showed that it is not the support of the crowd, but performance in the ring that counts.
One round was enough
From the very first moment, Mohamed Amami exuded control and determination. With a disciplined approach, excellent timing and convincing attacks, he managed to put his opponent under pressure.
Despite the massive support for Hamza Soesie, Amami did not let himself be rattled. He remained focused, stuck to his game plan and managed to land several hard blows on Soesie.
On two occasions, Hamza was visibly reeling on his feet following Amami’s powerful strikes. The referee eventually stepped in and decided to stop the fight as early as the first round.
The result: a convincing victory by technical knockout (TKO) for Mohamed Amami.
