GLOBAL COMBAT NETWORK EXPANDS INTO BELGIUM: NEW MATCHMAKING PLATFORM SUPPORTS PROMOTERS AND MARTIAL ARTS ORGANISATIONS
Organising a martial arts gala presents a host of challenges. From finding suitable fighters to maintaining contacts with gyms and coaches: behind every successful event lies intensive preparation. With the launch of Matchmaking Belgium, Global Combat Network – led by promoters John Kuipers and Benjamin Verkleij – aims to make the work of Belgian martial arts organisers simpler and more efficient.
From the Netherlands and Germany to Belgium
Following the roll-out of matchmaking platforms in the Netherlands and Germany, Global Combat Network is now also setting foot on Belgian soil.
Initiator John Kuipers and Benjamin Verkleij, as a promoter, know from personal experience just how much time and energy goes into organising a successful martial arts event.
That is why, together with his team, he has developed a digital platform where promoters, gyms, coaches and fighters can connect more easily.
Free access to all features
A key advantage of Matchmaking Belgium is that promoters can list their events completely free of charge and make use of the available tools.
Via the platform, organisers can:
- Publish their own martial arts events.
- Reach Belgian gyms, coaches and fighters directly.
- Invite participants to their event.
- Match registered fighters with one another.
- Contact gyms abroad via the communication system.
- Organise their matchmaking in a clearer and more efficient way.
No subscription fees, no hidden costs: according to Global Combat Network, organisers get free access to all features.
An international network at your fingertips
What makes Matchmaking Belgium particularly interesting is the ability to look beyond Belgium’s borders.
Through the connection with existing platforms in the Netherlands and Germany, organisers can also establish international contacts. This offers additional opportunities to find suitable opponents and organise international matches.
How does it work?
Promoters can easily get started via http://www.matchmakingbelgium.be.
Once they have registered and confirmed their account, they can create an event, invite participants and arrange suitable matches.
The platform has been developed with one clear aim: to save organisers time and strengthen collaboration within the martial arts world.
Global Combat Network aims to connect the martial arts world
With the expansion into Belgium, John Kuipers and Benjamin are underlining their ambition to bring promoters, coaches, gyms and fighters closer together.
“Global Combat creates and connects.”
A clear message through which Global Combat Network aims to contribute to a stronger and more accessible international martial arts network.
