In doing so, Hamami not only makes personal history, but also regional history: he becomes the first fighter from the province of Zeeland to be under contract with GLORY. A special achievement that underlines his development and perseverance.
The agreement with GLORY also offers Hamami flexibility. In addition to his appearances within the organisation, he retains the possibility of competing for other federations. This allows him to remain active on multiple international stages and continue his sporting growth.

Hamami proved emphatically that he is ready for this step last year. In 2025, he captured the world featherweight title at Enfusion, another renowned kickboxing organisation. With that title, he confirmed his status as one of the greatest Dutch talents in his weight class and attracted the attention of international promoters.
During his GLORY debut, Hamami will take on Brussels-based Deniz Demirkapu, an opponent known for his technical skills and fighting spirit. The duel marks an important moment in Hamami’s career and will serve as a warm-up for the heavyweight title fight, scheduled as the main event later that evening.
