Er zijn vier GLORY wereldtitelgevechten, vier toernooien met vier deelnemers om te bepalen wie meedoet aan de Last Heavyweight Standing finale, en belangrijke gevechten met bekende GLORY vechters.

Een zwaargewicht riskeert alles tegen Artem Vakhitov (22-6, 8 KO), de meest succesvolle licht zwaargewicht kampioen ooit bij GLORY en de laatste die Alex Pereira versloeg in GLORY.
In de tweede belangrijkste wedstrijd vecht Tarik Khbabez (52-11-1, 28 KO) om zijn GLORY licht zwaargewicht titel te behouden tegen Sergej Maslobojev (41-7, 25 KO), zijn oude rivaal en voormalig kampioen.
GLORY middengewicht kampioen Donovan Wisse (22-1, 10 KO) vecht tegen de opkomende Michael Boapeah (21-4-1, 9 KO) in een langverwachte rematch. De GLORY vedergewicht kampioen van Thailand, Petch (173-40-3, 27 KO), neemt het op tegen Miguel Trindade (62-7, 27 KO), een zeer gevaarlijke vechter in zijn gewichtsklasse.
Verder is de volgende ronde van het GLORY Last Heavyweight Standing-toernooi ook te zien bij GLORY 100.
